Return strain file list.

Query parameters:

  • start: Initial GPS time of the desired GPS interval.
  • stop: Final GPS time of the desired GPS interval.
  • detector: e.g. H1, L1, V1, etc.
  • sample-rate: 4 or 16 [kHz]
